Branches is a scoring runner game that is played in arcades. You go down a stem that never ends, from which branches continually develop that are in the way of your progress. You may rotate the trunk of the tree by clicking the left mouse button. This allows the character to go farther without having to stop and explore the branches. Be cautious while rotating so that the character does not be pushed off the trunk by the branches, and try not to remain in one place for too long so that the character does not get kicked out of the level. As the game progresses, the tempo picks up, and there is a chance that the rotating sides of the trunk may switch places. As you go through the game, you will earn money that may be used to purchase a new look for your character.
