Here's how it works:
The game is played on a 3x3 grid. At the top and left side of the grid are criteria. It can be region, title, type, generation, and more. There are nine boxes that you must fill in. You must enter a Pokemon that matches the criteria on both the top and left side of the grid. There are only 9 guesses and that means you can't make even a single wrong guess.
There can be multiple correct answers in a box. However, a Pokemon can only be used once. Or once you use a Pokemon, you can't use them again. And you can't change your answer.
Therefore, think carefully and choose wisely before you enter a Pokemon in a box.
